We have bought several hot tubs for commercial use and are really happy with them. Customer service is fantastic, they have helped make extra modifications and give great advice. They also take feedback onboard and have improved the tubs so the newer ones have better features.

The log burner hot tubs are just superb! We are in it nearly every night. I have had quite a life of knocks and bangs in my time. They all disappear in the tub! Highly recommend the product and the service. The agent who fitted it was an absolute genius driver and backed into our gateway off a busy road first time. I was lucky to have a couple of lumpy lads help us manoeuvre it into place. Definitely have help as you will not do it alone. Depending on the surface, 2no people plus a driver should be fine. 3no + 1 all the better. The setup took minutes. Thorough explanation on dos and don'ts. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. The best present we ever bought ourselves.

I am very pleased with my hot tub, use it nearly every day. The man who delivered it did a very good job installing it.

Excellent hot tub, delivery easy and quick, everything’s perfect with it except the last little bit of water in the bottom once emptied is hard to get out, apart from that brilliant, takes approx an hour to fill up and if you use decent kiln dried ash to heat, usually about 1.5-2 hours to heat, although I’ve only used it over winter so far, possibly will be quicker in warmer weather.

Love love love our new hot tub from Amber Hot Tubs in Grantham. We ordered it and it was delivered very quickly. We chose the dark wood stain and the pearl blue fibreglass seats. We have used it every weekend since it first arrived in the snow in February! We even went in when it had snowed. It took a few hours to fill from the hosepipe. It took about 4-5 hours to heat to 38 degrees from 10 degrees centigrade. Now the weather is warmer is takes 3 - 4 hours and then another couple every subsequent heat. You have to empty every 2-3 bathes and clean with gentle detergent. Two types of jet work well although the dials for min-max strength jet are not too distinguishable. Colour-changing light is lovely and relaxing in a dark evening! Price very reasonable. Had to take the fence panel out to get it in the garden but the delivery driver was patient and helped. Definitely worth it.

Pros: price, free and quick delivery, good communication from seller, no chemicals, easy to use, love the wood fire element- seems very back to nature! Cons: can’t get the last bit of water out of the tub very easily when cleaning so suggest you invest in a suction device, no chemicals mean it doesn’t keep for long and warm water goes smelly after 2 days undercover- as you’d expect!

Amber hot tubs are fantastic, from start to finish.  Dealing with both Lina and Amanda was a pleasure.  No hard sell, just good advice and knowledge.

We looked everywhere for a wood-burning hot tub and these were by far the best at a brilliant price.  Much cheaper than others and a great high standard.

As we’ve never had one before and were unsure about colours, we were invited to the warehouse to look and Amanda even invited us to her house to view a running hot tub.

There was one on display (not fully set up) at the warehouse.  It would have been ideal to have a few more on display or the colour pallets for the wood and tub as the ones that were in were fully wrapped up, although we were able to sneak a peak.

However, Amanda did send us pictures of the wood and we got exactly what we were after.

We went with the fully loaded option.  An absolute bargain and from placing the order to delivery was about 10 days.  It could have been sooner but we were having our garage converted specifically for the hot tub so needed to wait for the build to finish.

Fantastic correspondence and Lina even chatted to us when she was on holiday (that’s dedication for you).

The deposit and the full amount were paid and we were receipted quickly.  2 years warranty.  Delivery was at the exact time we were told.

There is only one guy delivering who was lovely, so you do need extra manpower as you can imagine they are heavy.  It was delivered on a pallet, which had to be dragged across the drive leaving some scuffs so some kind of trolley would have been useful however that said the installation was near perfect and there was no rush for the delivery driver to get away.  He stayed until we were happy with placement etc.

We’ve since used it as a family and it is perfect.  I can’t wait to now have friends over and show it off.

Wow, what can I say we arrived at our appointment on Saturday 8th of May, around lunch time by Sunday the 9th around lunch time our hot tub arrived with great service friendly family run business lovely people no pressure to buy but it what we wanted we have done our research so knew lots about wood fired hot tubs. We loved what we saw they were in our area the following day and had the hot tub in stock that we wanted so went ahead we had one of the best evenings in our new hot tub family time few drinks and chilled would highly recommend using Amber Hot Tubs.

I visited Amber hot tubs Easter weekend to view their product before purchasing and after purchasing they very kindly managed a next-day delivery so we could enjoy this over the Easter weekend!

Superb company with well-made hot tubs and excellent customer service and after care. Have been enjoying a fully loaded, with sand filtration (I use the foam balls) with steps and drinks holder every other week since Dec 2021. Any additional parts for hose pipe attachment etc have had support instantly. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

The tub took almost 6 weeks to arrive. The guy who delivered it did a great job at reversing down our very awkward driveway. It took 4 guys to be able to lift it and carry it to its final position. They are fairly simple and straightforward to set up on your own however because ours was going in an awkward spot we needed to buy some extra parts for the burner to make it work. We needed some bends for the flue pipe which Amber hottubs don't supply so we had to source these elsewhere. We also wanted the burner to be next to the tub rather than parallel to it which means we needed some elbows for the water pipes. Amber does supply these but they'll set you back an extra £90 and they don't give you any extra hose or jubilee clips to attach them. Communication was ok but I did struggle to get through to them after the tub had been delivered and we realised we needed to order some extra parts. Took a few missed calls and chasing up to get through. The tub itself took around 2 hours to fill and around the same again for it to heat up. We do love it despite the few issues we had.

Amber Hot Tubs is a professional, knowledgeable company, from our initial enquiry to the delivery, Lina was informative throughout the whole process.  There was no hard sell, unlike some of the other companies we had approached, just good advice and product knowledge, which some of their competitors lacked. We specifically wanted a wood-burning hot tub and Amber Hot Tubs were competitively priced, with extras included as part of the overall package.

My husband visited the warehouse, which I would recommend as it is difficult to make a choice online with colours and finishes. After we visited we changed our minds over the interior design.

Delivery was quick and efficient. The driver and his colleague were helpful, and friendly and stayed until we were satisfied.

The excellent after-sales service, Lina has been on hand to advise and answer any of our questions.

Delivered bang on time With the minimum of fuss.

We purchased our hot tub when Amber hot tubs first started up in business nearly 3 years ago. We were so impressed with Lina and her team for kindly allowing us to visit their home to see a hot tub up and running to the fabulous after-sales service when we encountered minor issues and queries even honouring the 2-year guarantee nearly 3 years later. I've had a posh electric and the old all-wood hot tub previously and this tub is by far the best tub and the best money we have ever spent. If you are in any doubt about purchasing from these people -go for it you will not regret it.
